At Whiskers Laces, we want your footwear to stand out; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your laces within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Laces

Place the unused laces in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected and tangle-free during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return envelope.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or send your new laces within 5 business days.
